Important: Carefully read this User Agreement ("Agreement") before using the website or any services provided by Staging Labs Inc ("We" or "Our"). This Agreement sets the terms for using our website and services.

By interacting with our website or utilizing our services, you confirm that you (1) have reviewed, comprehend, and consent to this Agreement; (2) are legally capable of entering into a contract with us; and (3) have the authority to agree to this Agreement, either personally or for the entity you represent.

Do not use our website or services if you disagree with any part of this Agreement.

1. Services Offered by Staging Labs

1.1 Overview: We offer a service focused on crypto wallet security. Our system aims to safeguard your linked crypto wallets ("Linked Wallets") by transferring potentially compromised funds ("Secured Funds") to a safe storage ("Safehold").

Note: We do not guarantee complete fraud detection or absolute security of the Safehold. We are not liable for any financial losses. Users must keep their withdrawal information up-to-date. We disclaim any liability for outdated or incorrect withdrawal information.

1.2 Wallet Linking: To access certain features, you need to link your crypto wallet. By doing so, you confirm that (i) you have the right to link the wallet; (ii) the wallet is in good standing; and (iii) we can access data to offer our services, as outlined in this Agreement and our Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for any actions taken by third-party wallet providers.

2. Usage Guidelines

2.1 Updates: We may modify our services without prior notice. Continued use signifies your agreement.

2.2 Limitations: You are prohibited from (a) monetizing our intellectual property; (b) framing our trademarks or logos; (c) altering or reverse engineering our services; (d) scraping our website; or (e) copying or distributing our intellectual property without explicit permission.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Account Creation: Some features may require an account ("Account").

3.2 Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old, capable of entering into a binding contract, and not barred from using our website. You are responsible for all activities under your Account.

3.3 Ownership: You have no proprietary rights in your Account; all rights are ours.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Our Rights: Except for Linked Wallets and Secured Funds, all intellectual property rights are ours.

4.2 Your Funds: We claim no ownership over Secured Funds or Linked Wallets.

4.3 Feedback: Any feedback you provide is at your own risk. You grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use your feedback.

5. Prohibited Activities

You may not use our services for illegal activities or in violation of applicable laws.

6. Fees and Payments

6.1 Charges: You agree to pay all fees incurred through your Account. We may change pricing at any time.

6.2 Taxes: You are responsible for all applicable taxes.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify us from any losses, costs, or expenses arising from your use of our services, violation of this Agreement, or violation of any laws.

8. Disclaimers

Your use of our services is at your own risk. We disclaim all warranties to the extent permitted by law.

9. Liability Limitations

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the past month; (b) $100; or (c) the minimum allowed by law.

10. Term and Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. You may terminate by notifying us and closing your Account. We may terminate your access at any time.

11. International Use

Our services may not be available worldwide. International users must comply with local laws.

12. Dispute Resolution

We require arbitration for resolving disputes, except for specific exceptions. Both parties waive the right to a jury trial.

13. General Terms

This Agreement is governed by Nevada law. Any legal action must be filed in Clark County, Nevada.
